Mahou Courtyard

Best terraces in Madrid

The Madrid brewery has opened an ephemeral space in picnic format where you can enjoy an afternoon of beers in good company in the shade of the trees with DJs, concerts and foodtrucks. Definitely a plan not to be missed! 53 Fortuny Street. Subway: Rubén Darío.

Citynizer Plaza

Best terraces in Madrid

This new space opened just a couple of months ago in response to the chronic lack of terraces in the Lavapiés neighborhood. But not only does it offer a garden courtyard hidden from the hustle and bustle of the street, but it is also loaded with an intense cultural agenda: summer cinema, DJs, concerts, colloquiums… A bet that consolidates the neighborhood as one of the most vibrant in the city and that you are already taking the time to visit. Juanelo Street, 17. Subway: Tirso de Molina/La Latina.

La Francachela

Best terraces in Madrid

Under this name we have two terraces for the price of one, since La Francachela manages the terraces of two of the most active cultural creation spaces in Madrid: MediaLab Prado and Matadero. An offer of handmade and organic products in two perfect places to have a coffee or a snack outdoors and enjoy concerts, workshops and exhibitions. MediaLab Prado: Calle de la Alameda, 15. Subway: Art Station. Slaughterhouse: Paseo de la Chopera, 14 (warehouse 11). Subway: Legazpi.

The Garden of Arzábal Reina Sofia

Best terraces in Madrid

Although the Reina Sofia Museum is one of the most visited museums in the country, it still keeps many secrets to be discovered, such as this garden, which becomes the perfect place to take refuge from the heat and enjoy the best Spanish cuisine. 52 Santa Isabel Street. Subway: Art Station.

La Tita Rivera

Best terraces in Madrid

This colorful terrace was born as a showroom for Estrella Galicia to promote their La Tita cans. It was so successful that it decided to stay and become one of the most pleasant terraces in Chueca. Relax with a well-drawn Estrella Galicia, a Maeloc cider or the famous latitas de sangria that were the seed of this urban oasis between Fuencarral and Hortaleza. Calle de Pérez Galdós, 4. Subway: Chueca/Tribunal.
