Yes, all private tours can be complemented with other services or experiences, such as accommodations, meals, transportation, other tours, entrance fees, special activities or tailor-made combinations.
If you wish to include any additional service, we recommend that you indicate it from the beginning in the request form so that we can prepare a proposal as complete as possible and respond to you as quickly as possible.
We recommend that you request it as far in advance as possible. Unlike regular tours, private tours do not depart at fixed times and do not always have immediate availability, and some services or experiences require management time, confirmation or prior reservation.
Therefore, the sooner we receive your request, the more options there will be to organize a satisfactory and well-coordinated proposal.
As this is a private and personalized experience, if the tour did not require tickets or other services with closed schedules, there will be no problem for the guide to wait for you; however, you must keep in mind that the duration of the service will be adjusted to the initially agreed schedule.
That is, if the tour was scheduled to start at a specific time and the group arrives later, the tour will be developed within the contracted time, without necessarily implying an extension of the duration.
If the visit includes museums, monuments or access with assigned time, it is important to note that a late arrival may prevent all or part of the visit.
In these cases, as these services are pre-booked and subject to specific conditions, outside Todo Tours, the tour would not be refundable. Therefore, we strongly recommend punctuality when there are scheduled entrances or accesses.
Cancellation conditions will always be expressly stated in the proposal or quote we send you, as they may vary depending on the services included, the tickets booked or the suppliers involved.
Unless otherwise stated in the proposal, as a general rule private tours can be cancelled with 100% refund up to one week before the tour starts. We recommend that you always check the specific conditions included in the proposal before confirming the booking.
No. Except in case of weather alerts or restrictions issued by the competent authorities, private tours cannot be cancelled or postponed due to rain or other weather conditions.
We recommend that you check the forecast in advance and come with appropriate clothing, footwear or equipment for the expected weather conditions. Only in exceptional situations that really affect the safety or viability of the activity could a modification be considered.
Yes, reservations must be made for all people attending the tour, even if they are children or babies.
To help us organize groups smoothly, we ask that you arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour starts.
