Two UNESCO World Heritage Cities in a Single Day!
On this excursion to Toledo and Segovia from Madrid, you will visit the Cathedral of Toledo, the Roman Aqueduct, the Gothic Cathedral of Segovia, and the majestic Alcázar. History, culture, and breathtaking landscapes come together in an unforgettable experience from the capital.
Our adventure begins at the office of our trusted partner Juliá Travel, located in Plaza de Ramales in Madrid. From there, a comfortable, air-conditioned coach will take you to Toledo, famously known as the City of Three Cultures.
We’ll wander through its medieval old town, with its narrow cobblestone streets and monuments that tell the story of coexistence between Christians, Muslims, and Jews. The tour includes a visit to the imposing Toledo Cathedral, where we’ll explore its interior and the Sacristy, home to an extraordinary art collection featuring fifteen masterpieces by El Greco.
After the guided tour, you’ll have free time to enjoy the city at your own pace—browse local shops, relax with a coffee, or simply take in the atmosphere—before heading back to Madrid for a lunch break.
In the afternoon, the excursion continues to Segovia, renowned for its spectacular Roman Aqueduct—one of the most impressive and best-preserved structures of the ancient world. From there, we’ll explore the historic center, making our way to Segovia’s Cathedral, known as the “Lady of Cathedrals,” and ending at the iconic Alcázar of Segovia—a fairytale castle that has inspired countless legends and film productions.
The journey between cities is made in a comfortable, air-conditioned coach, and includes a radio guide system to ensure you don’t miss a single explanation from your certified guide.
